Hero Simbu was last seen in the disastrous Atharintiki Daaredhi remake Vandha Rajavathaan Varuven helmed by Sundar.C and is now working on his next, the hansika motwani's golden jubilee movie Maha by debutant UR Jameel and bankrolled by V Mathiyalagan in Etcetera Entertainment.
Maha is reportedly having Simbu as a pilot in an extended cameo appearance lasting a runtime of 40 minutes and his portions will be shot in goa in June first week itself after which Simbu is expected to begin shooting for his most anticipated movie Maanadu. raashi khanna is doing the female lead role.
Now several sources have reported that the Venkat prabhudirectorial Manaadu will begin rolling and start shooting next week with shots to be canned on the lead pair Simbu and the heroine mallu babe Kalyani priyadarshan and shooting is planned in malaysia. There have been lots of ifs and buts regarding the movie and now reports confirmed that STR is back again as a hero in the team. watch out this space for more updates.
