Back in the early 2000s, King Akkineni Nagarjuna was a family hero who had been balancing masses and classes alike with family entertainers and romantic hits, perfectly hitting the right notes and establishing himself as a family hero with his careful selection of movies.
In 2002, Nagarjuna had starred in Manmadhudu directed by K Vijaya Bhaskar, and co-starring Sonali Bendre and Brahmanandham, which was one of the biggest hits of the year and had helped Nag gain more family audience. Now, the producers of the movie, Annapurna Studios owned by Nag, have registered the title Manmadhudu 2 in film chamber, and it is speculated that it might either be a sequel to Manmadhudu starring Nag himself, or it can also be the tile of any upcoming flicks of Naga Chaitanya or Akhil.
Now, we hear from sources that Nagarjuna himself will be doing the role and Kajal Aggarwal might be featuring in the sequel. The original had Sonali Bendre as the female lead role. This sequel will be similar to the predecessor with tons of fun.
