Actress Kovai Sarala who has been known for her hilarious combinations with actors like the legendary Brahmanandam, starring in movies like Rebel, Desamuduru and many more blockbuster movies in Tamil and Telugu has taken a new avatar.
The senior actress has taken the political plunge and has joined legendary actor and political leader Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan's political party Makkal needhi Maiam in a meeting held recently in Chennai. The actress has paired with Kamal Haasan in the legendary cinematographer and director Balu Mahendra's Sathileelavathi the comedy hit besides also starring in other comic hits like Panchathanthiram, Kadhala Kadhaala, etc.
Now, Kamal Haasan's daughter has also joined politics as the actress is consistently sharing and promoting her father's MNM party on her social media accounts. The actress is a busybee once again as she works for a Tamil and Hindi movie on a parallel note.
