Director Harish Shankar, who had given some blockbuster movies like Mirapakay, Gabbar Singh to his credit, has of late been not up to the mark, as his recent outings like Ramaiya Vastavaiya and the Allu Arjun starrer Duvvada Jagannadham were terrible disastrous outings at the box office.
While he is committed to doing another movie with Dil Raju, the ace producer, who had bankrolled Duvvada Jagannadham, it has been said that the plans of him to make a multistarrer with Nithiin and Sharwanand have also been shelved, due to budget constraints, and the risk.
As Dil Raju has purchased the Telugu remake rights of the Tamil hit 96 starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha, now there are speculations that he might be roped in at the last minute and not the original director from the Tamil version. This is going to end ins some serious trouble for sure!
