The Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Samantha Akkineni starer 2013 blockbuster Attarintiki Daaredhi directed by Maatala Mantrikudu Trivikram Srinivas was a rip-roaring hit and became the Industry hit surpassing the records then held by SS Rajamouli's Magadheera.
Now, after 6 years the movie has been remade in Tamil as Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven with leading maker SUndar.C and starring Simbu aka STR as the hero, and ramya Krishnan reprising Nadhiya's role, and Megha Akash and Catherine tresa as the lead ladies.
However, the movie has met with poor reviews in TN for the beaten to death plot and Simbu's looks and pathetic acting, and the audience are still thronging to theaters only because of the voluptuous babe, the thunder thighs beauty Megha Akash and the bootylicious sexy girl Catherine Tresa oozing oomph on screen, besides Yogi Babu comedy.
