Rakul's next enters Crucial Phase

Actor Karthi who had made a disastrous Kaatru veliyidai last year with ace director Maniratnam in his landmark silver jubilee movie had made a jubilant start to this year, as he was seen in summer's biggest blockbuster, Kadaikutty Singam the rural entertainer directed by Pandiraj.

Now, the actor post the success of the movie was completely occupied with his next, the romantic action entertainer Dev, directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar and costarring Rakul Preet Singh, in her second collaboration with Karthi after Theeran Adhigaram Ondru.

The team has now begun dubbing of the movie after a hectic Kulu Manali schedule, and the movie is gearing up for a Christmas release. The movie also stars veterans like Karthik, Ramya Krishnan, Prakashraj and has music by Harris Jayaraj.
