Shocker: Superstar to get shock from SC?

Well, it seems to be like a big trouble to the South Superstar Rajnikanth. The film makers of Main Hoon Rajnikanth are all set to fight against the Superstar Rajnikanth who is opposing the release of the movie in a smooth way.
It is said that the movie has been included the name of Superstar Rajnikanth without any prior intimation and also his name is used as a metaphor. However, the South Superstar lodged a complaint and filed a case against the movie makers in Madras High Court.
However, the judgement came in favor of the Superstar Rajnikanth and Court ordered to change the title of the movie by February 3rd. However, the writer-cum-director Faisal Saif said that he is ready to make required changes to the title but hinted that the producers may approach the Supreme Court.
However, the director said that he did not want to hurt Superstar or his fans by dragging the case further but added about the producers thought! So, what do you think? Will Rajnikanth face the Supreme Court for this?
