Shocking: Rajnikanth cheated Chiranjeevi?

Well, the most awaited film from Superstar Rajinikanth "Lingaa" which has been scheduled for world-wide release on the eve of Rajnikanth's birthday on December 12, it seems is a copy of the Blockbuster movie in Telugu, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi "Indra". Many tell that is an unauthorized copy of the movie Indra. This was the critical allegation made by a producer in Madras High Court about the same storyline and the character being so same. The producer wanted the release of Lingaa to be postponed and demanded justice. The production house, M/s Balaji Studios Private Ltd, Saligramam, Chennai, revealed that it bought the remake rights of Indra starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Sonali Bhendre and it will soon be doing so. But suddenly Lingaa that came up on screen seems to be an unauthorized copy of Indra alleged the producer. So, what do you think? Did Rajnikanth cheat Megastar by stealing his story without actually getting legal rights for it? Or is the producer making false comments? However, K S Ravikumar, the director of "Lingaa," denied the allegations and lodged a complaint regarding the issue.
