Shweta Basu gets big role

Kotha Bangaru Lokam fame Actress Swetha Basu Prasad has been arrested recently on charges of prostitution.She has been caught red-handed with an industrialist at a five star hotel in Banjara Hills on this 29th of August.She was sent to rescue home and recently court orders to release him from the house. Sweta is currently spending time with family and the actress got a plump offer from a national award winning director.Shweta Basu Prasad offered a role in a film by director Hansal Mehta.The director will cast the Makdee actor in a documentary. “We spoke over the phone. I called her and we met in my office as well. We spoke for a long time, and I have offered her a role in a documentary which will be based on Hindustani classical music,” says Mehta. Mehta said that he did not offer her the role out of sympathy, but because she is an incredibly talented actor.Mehta added that he was very much impressed with Sweta performance on Makdee.Mehta was one among the filmmakers who supported Sweta after she caught in prostitution charges. The ‘Citylights’ director took to twitter, and urged everyone to stop harassing the actress and expose the others involved Swetha also agreed to play the role and she said she was very excited to join hand with national award winning director.Earlier Sweta had clarified that she had enough work, and didn’t want anyone to offer her roles out of pity.
