Spotted: Pawan into tears after meeting Srija!

Srija, a 12-Year-Old Girl, suffering from Brain Tumour has been a die-hard fan of Pawan Kalyan. After doctors have conveyed that her condition was critical, Srija expressed the wish to meet her favorite hero Pawan Kalyan.Make a Wish Foundation has informed the actor of her last wish and Pawan immedialtely accepted to fulfill the kids last wish. Today, Pawan Kalyan went to Khammam and met Srija in the hospital.Pawan reportedly burst into teras after seeing Srija and and inquired if there is any chance for the little girl to survive with any kind of operations.Pawan made failure attempts to speak with Srija and presented her some toys. Can we hope the happiness of meeting Pawan prolongs her survival?
