Director builds temple for his Mother

There is no doubt; Raghava Lawrence is one of the star choreographers of South. This talented dancer then turned as director with King Nagarjuna starrer ‘Mass’ which was a runaway hit. With this boosting success Lawrence later directed films like Style, Muni, Don and Kanchana. Apart from his directorial skills Lawrence known for his off screen activities and he recently hits headlines when Rebel producers filed cheating case against him.Once again the star choreographer made headlines but this time with good reason.As per reports coming from Chennai sources Lawrence built a temple for his mother as a mark of respect and love for her. The director has built this temple near Chennai. Lawrence was very much affectionate towards his mother and he wants it to represent by building a temple.Lawrence had brain tumor when he was a child and it got cured after his mother went to a temple of Raghavendra Swami and Lawrence strongly believes that it was Raghavendra Swami who cured him of his tumor.As a mark of respect he also built the Raghavendra Swamy Brindavanam Temple at Thirumullaivayal on the Avadi-Ambattur route, which opened from 1 January 2010.
