Mahesh Mania: 1 million mark in 1 day!

Mahesh Babu's latest release Aagadu started off with a mixed talk but that still did not stop the cash registers ringing at the Box Office. More so the overseas woke up to Mahesh Mania and earth shattering records.We already reported that the movie created new record in overseas by collecting $506,655 (3.08 Crores) through premieres.Now the film achieved another record. According to sources Aagadu raked in around 1 Million US Dollars on the very opening day. This is exceptional record for any south hero. As per the production house, the movie collected $391K from Friday shows. These are the collections from the reported screens only. Anil Sunkara shared the news on his micro-blogging page, "Almost 1 million USD by end of day 1. Many screens to report yet. AAGADU on d way to create history in INDIAN CINEMA in US. KISSA KALLAAS." He further wrote, "AAGADU becomes the first movie to cross 1M mark by end of first day(including premiers on thursday)"  After Dookudu ,SVSC and ONE This is the fourth Mahesh Babu film to get to the Million mark in US. Also this is the third film of director Srinu Vytla to get to the Million as well.
