Telugu item girl meets with a road accident

Hamsa Nandini who made a mark for herself in Tollywood in recent times with item numbers met with a road accident. She was returning from Kadapa after a private program along with her dad when this incident took place. It was said that the car was travelling at high speed and it was then the driver dozed off slightly for a moment and car hit a barricade near Mahaboobnagar. The driver suffered minor injuries and the car was heavily damaged in the front portion. Hamsa Nandini and her dad escaped unhurt except for some minor bruises. But a man who is travelling on the same route identified her and gave her a lift to the Hyderabad airport. Hamsa Nandini said it was a miracle that they escaped unhurt from an accident of such intensity. Hamsa Nandini made her Telugu debut with Vamsi's  Anumanaspadham movie and couple of other films. A little cameo in Rajamouli's Eega came as a lifeline to her and later the item song 'Mirchi Mirchi Mirchi Mirchilanti Kurrode' in Prabhas' Mirchi changed the entire scenario. She was one of the first pick item girls in Telugu industry right now. She last shook leg in Nandamuri Balakrishna's Legend. After a long time, Hamsa Nandini is playing a crucial role in ‘Rudrammadevi’ that is being directed by Gunasekhar. In the movie, Hamsa is slated to play the role of a warrior princess named ‘Madanika’. It has been learned that director Gunasekhar offered Hamsa the role of Madanika after auditioning nearly 100 girls for it.
