Rajinikanth made his much awaited debut on Twitter on Monday and within
few hours, there was a huge response to the official Twitter handle .For
every minute follower counts gets doubled.
Now Rajini all set to create record on Twitter by breaking Sachin’s
record. Previously, Sachin Tendulkar creates record by getting 2 lakh
followers in 4 days. But when we consider Rajinikanth’s Twitter follower
count (currently 170k followers), it would reach 2 lakh followers less
than a day.
Even before the first tweet was published at 4pm, there were more than
20,000 followers.After his first tweet the count reaches to 70k and whwn
twitter announced it as official it crossed one lakh followers and
still counting.
To make Rajinikanth’s debut on Twitter more exciting, every person who
follows the handle in the first week will receive a ‘WelcomeGraph’, a
personalised welcome picture from the icon.Other side Twitter is abuzz
with the news as its homepage is flooded with Rajini style jokes and

Other side many critics said it as mere publicity act to promote
Kochadaiyaan. “Kochadaiiyaan”, directed by his younger daughter
Soundarya R. Ashwin, is releasing Friday. It remains to be seen how
active the actor will be on social media henceforth.
