It’s known that Naga Chaitanya was excited about donning the lead role in the comical ‘Hello Brother’ movie. ‘Hello Brother’ though not a remake of Nagarjuna’s movie by the same name, had created quite a hype, as this movie was a huge success in Nag’s career. But it seems that all is not well with the project.
The latest buzz doing the rounds is that the movie has been shelved. Gossip goes that Nag was not happy with the script and felt it could misfire on Naga Chaitanya, as remaking a classical comedy movie like ‘Hello Brother’ could be tough. But the makers are saying that this is only a slight delay and that the movie plans have not been let go. The makers claim that the script is being revised to meet the high expectations that it has generated.
Srinivas Reddy of 'Damarukam' fame is to direct 'Hello Brother' movie and produced under the banner 'Kamakshi Films'. Only time can tell if this classical remake will see the light of the day.
